Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using services from Niche Transportation Service Inc you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or approved payment arrangement
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before scheduled pickup
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged 50% of the total fare
- Same-day bookings cancelled within 1 hour are non-refundable
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due prior to or at time of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards via our secure payment link
- Gratuity is not included in quoted fares and is at the discretion of the passenger
5. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles during their reservation
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
- We reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund if passenger conduct endangers the driver or vehicle
6. Liability
- Niche Transportation Service Inc is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return found items
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service
7. Service Area
We primarily serve the Metro Atlanta area and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Out-of-area requests are subject to availability and additional fees.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DeKalb County, Georgia.
